Recently, Tesla Motors (Beijing) Co., Ltd., in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Defective Automotive Product Recalls" and the "Implementation Measures for the Regulations on the Administration of Defective Automotive Product Recalls," filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation. Starting from October 8, 2024, Tesla will recall certain Model X electric vehicles.
The recall covers a total of 870 imported Model X electric vehicles produced between March 16, 2016, and July 31, 2016. This recall is a reissue of the "Tesla Motors (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Recall of Certain Imported Model X Electric Vehicles" initially announced on November 27, 2020.
Tesla Motors (Beijing) Co., Ltd. will notify the affected owners through effective channels, and Tesla service centers will proactively contact the relevant owners to arrange the recall. Users can call Tesla's customer service hotline at 400-910-0707 via mobile phone or landline for inquiries.
